What began with candles and scent has grown into a place where all kinds of strange ideas can take shape. Each collection is created to bring personality to your space, spark a little joy, and keep the spirit of Halloween alive all year.

Nothing here is about mass-produced sameness. Each collection has its own personality—sometimes dark, sometimes playful, sometimes nostalgic, and always a little unusual.

Hi, I’m Wesley—the maker and creative mind behind Mystic Void Co. I created this little corner of the void as a place where my love of spooky art, atmospheric scent, pottery, and making things by hand could all exist together.
Every new idea, finished piece, and carefully packed order passes through my small studio. When you shop Mystic Void Co., you’re supporting an independent small business and helping this strange little dream continue to grow.

How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Because everything is handcrafted in small batches, some orders may require a little extra time during busy seasons.

Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–6 business days after being shipped.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
What if there’s a delay?
If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as we become aware.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order on items that have not been used or burned. Returns must include your receipt or order number.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your candle or product arrives damaged, defective, or broken in transit, please email us immediately at MysticVoidHelp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the refund.

Are the crystals real?
Yes — all crystals included in Mystic Void candles are authentic, natural stones. They may vary in shape, size, and color, making every candle unique and special.
Can I remove the crystals before burning?
Yes! You always have the option to remove the crystals before lighting your candle.
Just gently lift them out and wipe them clean with a warm, damp cloth to remove any wax. You can keep the crystals beside your candle to maintain their energy in your space while it burns.
Can I remove the crystals after the candle is finished?
Absolutely. If you prefer to leave them in while burning, simply wait until the candle is finished. Melt any remaining wax, carefully remove the crystals, and wipe them clean with a warm, damp cloth. Once dry, they’re ready to use however you wish.
