Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are hand-poured and crafted in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. During restocks or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer. Any orders  made on the weekend will be shipped out Monday. All orders ship out during the weekdays.

• U.S. orders: 3–6 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout, determined by weight. 
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders $50+.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Mystic Void Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the carrier first. We will help when possible, but cannot replace orders that show as delivered.
