Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unburned, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including the correct return address. Return label is customers responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right—this may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your returned item has been received and inspected. You will then be informed whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
