How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Because everything is handcrafted in small batches, some orders may require a little extra time during busy seasons.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–6 business days after being shipped.

What days do you ship?
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

What if there’s a delay?
If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as we become aware.

Do you accept returns?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unburned, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including the correct return address. Return label is customers responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do refunds work?
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the refund.

Are the crystals real?
Yes — all crystals included in Mystic Void candles are authentic, natural stones. They may vary in shape, size, and color, making every candle unique and special.

Can I remove the crystals before burning?
Yes! You always have the option to remove the crystals before lighting your candle.
Just gently lift them out and wipe them clean with a warm, damp cloth to remove any wax. You can keep the crystals beside your candle to maintain their energy in your space while it burns.

Can I remove the crystals after the candle is finished?
Absolutely. If you prefer to leave them in while burning, simply wait until the candle is finished. Melt any remaining wax, carefully remove the crystals, and wipe them clean with a warm, damp cloth. Once dry, they’re ready to use however you wish.

1. First Burn Matters:
Allow your candle to burn until the entire surface melts (usually 2–3 hours). This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn.

2. Trim the Wick:
Before each use it's important to trim the wood wick to about 1/8 inch (3–5 mm). This keeps the flame at the ideal height and prevents excess soot or flickering.

3. Burn Responsibly:
Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Let it cool completely before relighting. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep out of reach of children and pets. Jar may become hot while candle is lit. Please do not touch or move the candle until it has completely cooled.

4. Keep It Clean:
Always keep the wax pool free of debris like matches or wick trimmings to avoid flare-ups.

5. Burn on a Safe Surface:
Place your candle on a heat-resistant, stable surface away from drafts, curtains, or anything flammable.

6. Stop at 1/2 Inch:
Discontinue use when about 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom to prevent overheating the vessel.
